Architecture with distinction

The new complex of Manege Ter Duinen in Koksijde won the biannual architecture price in the category non-residential. Vulsteke Commercial buildings ensured the implementation of the design of PVL Architects.

A sports complex with a great architectural appearance and an added value to its surroundings. The brand new riding school Ter Duinen combines a contemporary central building with space for meeting and offices, and modern construction of stables for the horses.

Surprising industrial building

Owner and principal Jean Reynaert worked for the project together with architect Pieter Popeye of PVL Architects. The stately architecture with spacious glass parts, clean lines and traditional masonry was fully implemented in the industrial construction. The complex includes in addition to a spacious bar and reception area, also the necessary terraces, meeting rooms and contemporary stables. For a smooth site Vulsteke commercial buildings organised the complete construction team.

The architectural distinction shows that the new complex is to the liking of both visitors and the municipality.. The municipality of Koksijde wants to crown the builders and architects with the Architecture Price and inspire for a quality living environment.
